Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected situations arise, and I appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, or failure to attend within 15 minutes of the session start time, will result in a $100 late cancellation fee. This fee is not billable to insurance and will be charged to the card on file.

HIPAA

Your privacy is important, and all services at LL Therapy Group follow HIPAA and professional ethical standards for confidentiality. Information shared in therapy is kept private and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except in the following situations:

  • If there is concern about imminent risk of harm to you or someone else

  • Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult

  • If records are required by a court order or legally valid subpoena

  • If any of these situations arise, disclosure will be limited to what is legally and ethically required.
